At N I Creations your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized, personalized, or final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer support team at sales@nicreation.shop to initiate your return.


2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.


3. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.




Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
